    Sorry for previous inconveniences. Let’s try to figure out what is the issue on your web-site together.

    I checked your web-site with StoreFront and with XStore theme.
    I can tell you that disabling plugins were not the real reason of the issue you faced with. I found that you are using JetPack (managed by server) which cannot be disabled from admin side. I dug in it’s settings and found the one which (it seems so) created that issue of loginization you have. It was located at the same bottom of the JetPack settings and was described like «Let visitors use a WordPress.com for log in». (I am not 100% sure about the text). After I switched it off I can now log in as customer with the access you sent for testing reasons see 1st gif in private content area.

    I wanted to enable Dokan Pro plugin and few others (which I disabled previously for testing reasons) but JetPack’s option (I mentioned above) disallowed to go to plugins page from dashboard even with admin access (you sent as well before).

    Do you manage to solve this permissions issue so that plugins could be enabled again as they were before ?

    Could you ask you site manager/hosting provider what did that option of JetPack plugin do ? (for me it looks like it prevented normal loginization system by own redirects)

    In most cases this issue persists with the server caches. And first of all we should check and disable all CDN systems.

    Hello,

    Could you please provide us with valid wp dashboards and FTP access to check your site settings in more detail? We try to reproduce the issue using the latest theme archive on our test installes and don’t have this problem. So, we need to study your site. And don’t forget to install https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare/ and log in to your account to allow us to clear CDN cache.

    Hello,

    Please download the archive via this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/4imohmivagyynsz/etheme.zip?dl=0 , then extract the archive and upload etheme.js file to your server via FTP into the wp-content/themes/legenda/js folder with file overwriting. After that try to complete order.

    Our developer team are working now on theme update and do their best to release it as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can’t tell the exact date of its release due to large amount of work. Meantime you can use the current theme version with compatible woocommerce v. 2.6.14.

    Unfortunately XMarket theme doesn’t have reset settings feature. You can restore theme files and database from a backup, contact your hosting provider support to help you with that.

    Hello,

    As I see you are using Polylang plugin for multilingual, but we don’t guarantee full theme compatibility with it. If you want to make your site in different languages use WPML, which is fully compatible with our theme. As for the shop page yes, you can set it as front page.

    Hello,

    Single product pages are not allowing products to be added to cart from inside the product page. However they will add from the shop. The variable themed products work fine.

    Please deactivate all 3-rd party plugins you are using, which are not required for the theme, and check if issue persists.

    Also for some reason all my customers are seeing that my royal theme is not activated even though I activated it after the 3.0 update.

    The mentioned message was cached. I’ve cleared cache in your dashboard and notification has gone. Please check.

    Hello,

    Open your translation file in PoEdit, then go to Catalogue > Update from POT file http://prntscr.com/exrg76 > select Royal.pot file from the latest theme package in languages directory > check the translation of needed phrases, save the file and re-upload it to your server.

    Also on the checkout page there is a line straight through the phone field and the email field. Why is that? Also, these fields can only be reached with tab, not by clicking on them (not good…).

    Could you please show the issue on the screenshot you are talking about?
