Since last update, Dokan Pro cant let users to login admin panel.

    Hello, @Ulysses,

    1- The issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know here I will debug it deep to find the cause of the issue.

    Kindly take a complete backup of your site first.

    And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    2- The XStore menu is working fine I have checked it on your site see image: https://postimg.cc/6yKjKyMM there is no issue please check your site after clearing the browser cache I hope you will never face the issue again.

    Hello. I already try to deactivate everything and reactivate and only DokanPro cause this issue and there are no updates coming. I wasn’t install new plugins since last xstore update.

    If you will debug, please activate maintenance mode. I just backed up my MySQL Database. Just let me know if i need to restore backup if somwthing goes wrong, because my site is live and productive and already have customers uploading products.

    Hello,

    Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is activated? Let us know the result.
    If your site is live, we would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), and doing all updates there first.

    Im asking for you help. Im not an Xstore theme expert. I can’t wait another day for a reply like this… c’mon guys!

    Please let Awais Ahmed to help me. I think he cares about customer. I get 3 times this theme for my customers, at least i deserve a little bit of attention.

    I’ve asked you to check how it works with the default theme because the problem can be independent of our theme functionality. In this case, you need to contact the support of Dokan Pro plugin.
    If the problem persists with our theme only, then the problem will be passed to our developers team.

    Hello, i will give you my domain and credentials once again. I dont know where did you get recursoapto.com.br, its not mine and i dont have access for it. See credentials in private area.

    Talking about Dokan, i ask to Dokan team to check my site and they see a error on Xstore core, they dont give me more details (see image of support team in private area). I told you few tickets back in past that when i updated to latest xstore core my users cant login using dokan… before that update everything was working just fine.

    Now that you have everything and all answers and test you ask, anyone can help me and really try to check my xstore installation? My account have access to SFTP and MYSQL-PHP My admin…

    Please please please, send my ticket to developer team or anyone that can give me a solution. I really need someone that empathize with my problem and try to give me a solution or try to find a solution without more days passing by. My site is live.

    We’ve checked the problem with the default theme – Storefront, and Core plugin disabled and the problem persists, find video in the Private Content area.
    It means that the problem is independent of our theme and is independent of our Core plugin.

    I dont want to be rude at all, im a customer and im looking for a good service, that’s all, and tests you perform are so poor for a support service. Take weeks to say that, its unbelievable! I need somebody help me to understand my problem and perform some GOOD test WITH ME and from your end and you are not helping at all.

    Could you please move my ticket to Awais Ahmed?, he can understand customer and his service is good. I dont know why you take my ticket if you dont want to attend customer as it should.

    Now… Let’s take a moment… Do this test, so you will see that the problem is XSTORE theme or something with login form. Everything is active, xstore and dokan.

    1) Use this user: colvera30 Psw: Christian.2020+ or create a new one using default xstore login form and you cannot login, you know that at this point.

    2) Activate maintenance mode plugin, logoff and you will see that you can login now with colvera30 credentials.

    FTP access and credentials updated into private area.

    Imagine that im a tester in México of XSTORE. Im testing your software using wordpress.com, and i see that we have some incomatibilities in the system that need be fixed. Now im helping to fix it and you need to understand that this is important for 8theme and me. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Sorry, but did you watch video from our previous reply – https://gyazo.com/d41b5802ec29ac04354c8e93b7807a50 ? As you can see it is not our theme on your site, but a default theme, and our Core plugin is disabled. It means the problem is independent of our theme, so we as theme support can do nothing, unfortunately. We are able to help only in case problem appears with our theme only.
    If problem persists even with default WC theme – Storefront when the Dokan Pro plugin is activated, it means the plugin support should check the situation more deeply and help, because independently of theme the login from my account page doesn’t work correctly. Isn’t it? Maybe support of WooCommerce plugin (from which the My Account page and login functionality comes) will be able to give you a hint, let them know that the problem persists with the Storefront theme.
    We always try to help our customers, but you did not want to do that test on the first day of posting question on the forum, so it took some time while one of our technicians get time to check it. So we are sorry for the delay, but if problem is not caused by our theme functionality, I can’t ask dev team to spend time on it, unfortunately. We have a large number of requests these days.
    We hope for your understanding. If there is anything else we can help you with, that is related to our theme functionality only, feel free to ask.

    I did your test and this is what i get.. I CAN LOG IN using STOREFRONT.

    I understand you are upset, but i cant see anything that said that xstore its not the problem if you look my last video, your theme is using a special login form and changin login form my users can login. I think you are a very stubborn person.

    Why did you insist giving us a terrible support? Give me another support agent and kick this case out of your hands. Please!!! I dont want you attend my case. I deserve a better agent than you.

    Hello @Ulysses,

    Sorry for previous inconveniences. Let’s try to figure out what is the issue on your web-site together.

    I checked your web-site with StoreFront and with XStore theme.
    I can tell you that disabling plugins were not the real reason of the issue you faced with. I found that you are using JetPack (managed by server) which cannot be disabled from admin side. I dug in it’s settings and found the one which (it seems so) created that issue of loginization you have. It was located at the same bottom of the JetPack settings and was described like «Let visitors use a WordPress.com for log in». (I am not 100% sure about the text). After I switched it off I can now log in as customer with the access you sent for testing reasons see 1st gif in private content area.

    I wanted to enable Dokan Pro plugin and few others (which I disabled previously for testing reasons) but JetPack’s option (I mentioned above) disallowed to go to plugins page from dashboard even with admin access (you sent as well before).

    Do you manage to solve this permissions issue so that plugins could be enabled again as they were before ?

    Could you ask you site manager/hosting provider what did that option of JetPack plugin do ? (for me it looks like it prevented normal loginization system by own redirects)

    In most cases this issue persists with the server caches. And first of all we should check and disable all CDN systems.
