Hi,

Provide a screenshot, please.
Also, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
You can use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

As I can see, you are using Elementor, so set the Line-height in global settings of Elementor also – https://elementor.com/help/global-fonts/
About thank you page, check how it works when a default theme is activated. Provide us with screenshots and URL, for example – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/checkout/order-received/6511/?key=wc_order_nk5BDEuZ8g8A3

Hi Rose,

I’m interested in the product page, and it’s not made with Elementor. Unfortunately I can still create them with Elementor with the Xstore plugin because I use the booking plugin from Yith. The thank you page has a standard template and unfortunately many order details are missing, so you can book a product to see that (it’s more of a demo shop).

Hello,

I checked the thank you page with the default Storefront page https://prnt.sc/1ajqysp and I see the same information. So, probably some third-party plugin removed additional information that thank you page includes as a rule (order details).

Or you meant the header?

yes that’s exactly where all the order information is missing.
I don’t mean the header, it’s disabled on purpose. Unfortunately, I can’t find out where the problem is on my own, but it worked well beforehand.

Hello,

Try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme one by one and check which one causes the issue. We could do nothing from the theme side if it does not work even with the default Storefront theme.

Hi Olga,

it was actually due to the jetwoobuilder from crocoblock. actually I did the checkout page with the plugin, but the thank you page is also changed.
Have another question, can you make the Yith booking plugin compatible with the product builder?
