Hello,

Please note the current theme v. 2.2.1 has compatibility issues with woocommerce 3.0.x. Please downgrade woocommerce plugin to the version 2.6.14, you can download it here https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.2.6.14.zip . You will be able to use the latest one when new theme update is ready, our developer team are working on it to release it as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Any ideas when this Update might happen (since it hasn’t been Updated for a while..)? I provide Updating service so maybe You can understand that if I keep all the old plugins it’s not much of a Update service for my client… Other option is for me to use different Template (this one just looked the easiest way to do it) – I’ve used Royal for few websites so didn’t see that coming…

Is there a way to get different theme (that’s updated and usable with new plugins) or refund? It creates me a lot of more work anyways, but think its reasonable to assume that Update is not coming this week?

Hello,

Our developer team are working now on theme update and do their best to release it as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can’t tell the exact date of its release due to large amount of work. Meantime you can use the current theme version with compatible woocommerce v. 2.6.14.
