Hi, We had issues with check out on the last update which one of your technicians sortout out for us, but we have been having a random “email” issues on the check out page.

If a customer places their email address in the form the website is not acknowledging that the space has been filled and will not allow the customer any further and such they cannot complete their order.

Can someone please look into this?

PS, we’ve never had so many issues before on an update, so not sure what you have changed but for our website it is causing all sorts off issues, i wonder if this is blanketed to other people or maybe a hosting conflict? or just one of those things?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please note the current theme v. 3.1 has compatibility issues with woocommerce 3.0.x. Please downgrade woocommerce plugin to the version 2.6.14, you can download it here https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.2.6.14.zip . You will be able to use the latest one when new theme update is ready, our developer team are working on it to release it as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,

The issue was before the woo upgrade!! i actually installed the new Woo 3.1 in hope it may sort the issue out?!

So downgrading is not going to help sadly…. any other thoughts?

    Hello,

Please download the archive via this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/4imohmivagyynsz/etheme.zip?dl=0 , then extract the archive and upload etheme.js file to your server via FTP into the wp-content/themes/legenda/js folder with file overwriting. After that try to complete order.

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson.
