    Hello, @effie_kyr,

    1. Yes, Correct. You need to remove the price from the variation to have the line-through.

    2.No, it is not working correctly by simply setting the product to out of stock because the “Line-thought” is a design/option of the Swatch Out Of Stock in Variation Swatches.

    Hello, @Eugene,

    1. Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have deactivated the plugin “Disable Bloat for WordPress & WooCommerce” by doing this your issue is resolved.

    2. That is actually coming from the Elementor plugin and its the default behavior, if you simply turn OFF the Elementor page builder, the site will be a mess but that loading will be removed, so I suggest you to please first remove the server cache and deactivate CDN till you are in the development process, and then check back again if the issue will still persist then please try to reach out to the Elementor support on this.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @LambdaSP,

    To add the product filters in your store simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Then add the product filters in the “Shop Sidebar” or “Shop filters” and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image: https://postimg.cc/vDBHm6Nv

    The filter will appear on the shop page also, set by using our theme widgets as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/3ySDmr9K
    and https://ibb.co/YDvPMSg

    Hello, @Eugene,

    1. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    2. You can go to XStore >> Theme Settings and search for the Ajax and then turn ON/OFF the options as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/c6WdZGfZ

    Hello, @Fabio,

    First of all, you are using the older version of the PHP, you have to update to PHP 7.4: https://postimg.cc/0bqvndXn and you were using the older version of WordPress, I updated the WordPress version to the latest one and it resolved the issue as well: https://postimg.cc/VrRhFnJG

    Hello, @kakha,

    The original price is there on your site, but you are not able to see it because it has the color white, and on a white background, it is not visible, so please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    .price ins .amount {
        color: #000 !important;
    }

    Hello, @Cer,

    That is basically the server memory issue, not the theme issue, you will find the Optimization options of our theme under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization.

    But you have to contact your hosting provider again and ask to increase the memory limit on your site and it will solve your issue, Please read this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21680244/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-268435456-bytes-exhausted-tried-to-allocate

    I have just checked your site now and the color is already changed to black, here is the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/H8DcW8Y2 so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else. Try to clear the cache and check back.

    Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,

    Unfortunately, there is no such option to disable the brand link on the brand’s carrousel on Elementor.

    You can submit a request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, so our dev team read it.

    Hello, @Aryanna_p,

    Sound’s Good!! that you have managed to solve your issue by yourself, there could be the cache or any plugin conflict issue, or might be the server end issue as it reverts your changes again and again.

    But do not need to worry, if that happens again, please contact us immediately, and we will debug it on your site and try to find the main cause of the issue.

    Have a nice day. 🙂

    Hello, @Soumya,

    Sorry to say that but this is not related to our theme, our theme does not have any influence on it, this is the default functionality of the WCFM, you can check and confirm it as well by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two and you will face the same behavior, so I suggest you to reach out to WCFM support for this concern.

    Thanks for your understanding.
