I started importing products into the e-shop and I got a fatal error: CRITICAL Klaidos žinutė: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15728672 bytes) (rasta faile /home/didilt/domains/diredi.lt/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php, eilutės numeris 1533).
I wrote to a hosting. They advised optimizing a php code in my theme. Can you check it? How can I do it? Thank you.
P.s. I don’t have coding knowledge.Theme version: 8.3.8
That is basically the server memory issue, not the theme issue, you will find the Optimization options of our theme under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
