Mane page menu and product pictures became very large format

Hello

Thank you for all your answers. I asked the question in the previous topic, but you understand differently, maybe I asked wrongly. Visually, the main page was usually in normal format, when I was editing things, suddenly the page changed and got bigger, images and the products are now on the right side in the large format, you can see. I don’t change any image or thumbnail width, now it is 360 . Besides that, after this, I can not edit main page with ELEMENTOR. . Hope your help will return the site to old format.

Hello, @kakha,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Despite all your recommendations, the site is still unusual condition.
I let permission to 8theme support stuff, to debug my site, repair for proper functioning and let me know the cause of the problem.

Hello, @kakha,

Have you imported the Demo with other page builders like (WP bakery) and then edited the page with the other page builder (Elementor) ?

I imported demo with ELEMENTOR and work with only elementor. I have never used wp bakery.

The content structure was broken, maybe you clicked on Edit using Gutenberg (default WP editor) or something else, we can’t say for sure, right now.
We’ve clicked the Edit page using Elementor, and all seems fine now. Please check.
