Serious problems after update Cart keeps loading and Customizer options won’t load

    We updated the Theme to the newest version and we’re dealing with 2 serious problems:
    1. Theme Settings in Customizer do not load
    2. Add to cart keeps loading

    Hello,

    Just the theme update should not cause such problems.
    What version did you use before the update?
    Have you cleared cache?
    We do not see any problem with Add to Cart on your site right now.
    Could you, please record a video of the problems? Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access also.

    Also the Swatch Out Of Stock is set to Line-thgrough but out of stock variations do not display with the line.

    About the add to cart issue, try to add more than 3 products in the cart and you will see it.

    About the line-through on out of stock swatches, check this website where we have it enabled:

    Please note we have bought about 20 XStore licenses so we’re checking all the websites where XStore is installed.

    Hello,

    In this case, please post different questions from your different sites via separate topics on the forum.
    To be able to help, we need temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    1/ About add to cart – try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    If the problem is independent of plugins, we need access (wp-admin and FTP) to be able to take a closer look, because we do not have such a problem on our test site.

    2/ Product variation that is ”Out of stock” can be displayed like this -http://prntscr.com/t21xou with our variation swatches (in case “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory).
    If this doesn’t work, provide access, so we can take a closer look.

    I am back because of the 2nd issue.
    Do you mean that we need to have Hide out of stock products enabled in order to have out of stock variations swatches with line through?

    Hello, @effie_kyr,

    No, you do not need to enable/check “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory).

    So we need to remove the price from the variation to have the line-through, correct? Shouldn’t it be working correctly by simply setting the product to out of stock?

    1. Yes, Correct. You need to remove the price from the variation to have the line-through.

    2.No, it is not working correctly by simply setting the product to out of stock because the “Line-thought” is a design/option of the Swatch Out Of Stock in Variation Swatches.
