    Hello, @oceanbulkon,

    Now I have checked your site again and the scroll bar is there on the Shop page and on the single product page as well, so it seems now you have the cache issue only, please try to recheck after removing the cache, and activate those plugins which you deactivated one by one again to find the culprit.

    Please watch this video I have captured for you: https://www.veed.io/view/a4bc4a75-f412-4773-b4e3-e85d6a8886e1?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello, @Usama Zafar,

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to try to reach out to WooCommerce support to fix this issue with the default WordPress Theme first and then it will be automatically working with our theme as well.

    Otherwise, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @DM661,

    Unfortunately no, this is not possible as there is no such possible option and ready solution for this, so this requires extra Customization.

    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @kakha,

    1. In order to solve your issue please navigate to Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce (Shop) >> Shop >> Products style >> Product Content Elements >> Uncheck product categories and save settings. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/f8k7PJN

    2. It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery. For example, these images have different dimensions – https://prnt.sc/l7n86nLVIbXl
    https://prnt.sc/uAEtPXcSO7bk

    Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/

    Then, go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > thumbnail width > set 360, Uncropped and regenerate thumbnails using plugin

    This is independent of the theme, settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, if our recommendation doesn’t suit you, contact the support of WooCommerce.

    Hello, @Nick,

    1. I have checked your site Sale page and Shop page on GTMatrix and here is the result:

    Shop page result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.esthe.co.uk/wKOR3rcp/
    Sale page result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.esthe.co.uk/DYBuzIAZ/

    You can see the Most Important part is “Server Response Time”: https://ibb.co/Z6w14Hm

    You have to check this with your hosting provider as well.

    Please read this article first – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    About “Reduce initial server response time”, contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side.

    Read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size

    https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/

    Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

    You have to check our theme Speed Optimization as well under XStore >> Theme Settings.

    Check here the documentation to learn how the plugin works with our theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    And try to contact your hosting provider and solve all those issues and it will surely speed up your site.

    2. I have checked your site now and found no issue. I Have captured a video for you on your site. Please watch it completely for better reference.

    Hello, @TFS,

    No that is not the case, it should have worked properly, but sometimes because of very large resolutions, it happens, so in that case, you have to upload the large-size images and try with it, Otherwise, the only option will be the Custom CSS.

    Hello, @filmguerilla,

    Please try to switch to the Parent Theme and check back, I can see you have added the Custom Code in the Child Theme, and might be that Custom Code is creating the issue on your site now, so we have to find the cause first.

    And if the issue will still persists then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Hello, @TFS,

    Most 27-inch monitors either have a 4k or 1440p resolution, which both result in good text clarity, but there are a few cheaper ones with a 1080p resolution.

    https://postimg.cc/4Hc4JLVH

    So I checked your site on the 1440px screen and it is working perfectly fine and none of the parts are cut Off. Please check the screenshot under the private content area:

    So it is surely the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache and check back.

    Hello, @Optimum Tech Solution,

    Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.

    XStore AMP allows to adjustment of the Home page elements, supports WooCommerce pages, Blog and posts (because pages/posts come with simple styles and texts), and pages created by Elementor/WPBakery displayed in non-AMP version.

    Further you can read this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/

    Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,

    In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1200px){
    .etheme-contact-form-7 .wpcf7-form p {
        margin-bottom: 0;
        width: 33% !important;
        float: left;
        padding-inline-end: 20px;
    }}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @TheOne,

    1. I have checked your site now and found no issue. you are using “Image carousel” element and inserting the pictures of the colors.

    The displays all the pictures slide to show (6) in a row normally on the backend and front-end as well. It seems to be a cache issue at your end nothing else. please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache or try to check a fresh new browser.

    And you can input a space between the pictures. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/7RbFHTp

    Hello, @Jeanice,

    This error is appearing on your site for now: https://postimg.cc/3yNC1jKv

    This happens because Instagram adds the expiration date on their API response, there is a change to improve data protection, the idea is to keep on track the permissions users give about their data. For personal accounts, the expiration time is 60 days, and for business is 90 days.

    Yes, you have to generate a new token relinking the account.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have such an option in our theme.
    Probably it’s possible through additional customization. You can submit a customization request: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme

    OR

    You can post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.
