I am getting this message on the front page where my Instagram feed is supposed to be showing,

This happens because Instagram adds the expiration date on their API response, there is a change to improve data protection, the idea is to keep on track the permissions users give about their data. For personal accounts, the expiration time is 60 days, and for business is 90 days.

Yes, you have to generate a new token relinking the account.
