    Hello, @oceanbulkon,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @oceanbulkon,

Now I have checked your site again and the scroll bar is there on the Shop page and on the single product page as well, so it seems now you have the cache issue only, please try to recheck after removing the cache, and activate those plugins which you deactivated one by one again to find the culprit.

Please watch this video I have captured for you: https://www.veed.io/view/a4bc4a75-f412-4773-b4e3-e85d6a8886e1?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello,

Thank you for your support, I could step forward from there to a point; when I clear cache and start from a incognito browser, page does not load as it is designed in Elementor. There are basic effects but items are not in their proper positions. After refreshing the page, the load matches the design but then it blocks scroll bar in all pages. please see the video.

Can you please check and let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Hello,

Elementor > Experiments > Improved CSS Loading > Inactive, Theme Options > Speed optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off.
Please check how it works now.

    Hello,

Strangely, it looks like a cache issue with CSS minification. Could you completely disable LiteSpeed Cache on your site and check then? If the problem is caused by it, you need to find out what exactly option it is there.

Also, read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website
You do not need all plugins that come bundled with the theme, read description of plugins and activate required ones. Every plugin slows down site a bit, so there is no need to activate plugins that you do not plan to use.

    Regards
