I would like to initiate a refund request, I paid to have 120 demos available, I have had 6. I hope to find an agreement for the refund, so as not to start a dispute with my bank. Thank you

And Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with a username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
