    Have you checked how the Shop page works with the Storefront theme activated? We do not see the Storefront theme installed on your site.

    Could you provide FTP access?

    We’ve checked the menu and Footer on your site, and there is no problem right now.

    In case you are using a cache plugin, we do not recommend enabling our Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache via Theme Options at all.

    Please go to Elementor > Tools > click on “CSS & Daten neu generieren”. Clear cache of your browser and maybe cache of your cache plugin, and then all should be fine.

    We’ve found out that the problem relates to latest updates of WooCommerce plugin. You can downgrade the plugin to 7.9 or please wait.

    2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by a 3rd party plugin on your site.

    3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ To apply settings for images from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images you need to regenerate thumbnails using appropriate plugin.
    These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore.
    We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the Crop option 1:1.

    So when customers visit a website they see it in Dutch.” – 1/ Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language > select the default site language; 2/ Translate all plugins and the theme using Loco Translate; 3/ Edit content of all pages, Products, widgets, static blocks, and so on; 4/ Edit texts via Theme Options, for example, Header Builder > Search > Placeholder text.

    In case, you are using gTranslate plugin, the plugin support should be able to suggest the fastest way to translate the site.

    Please note that Our theme is fully translatable, and when we see that you face some problems with translation, we want to note that these problems are independent of our theme, so we are not always able to help you, unfortunately.     There could be several reasons for your issue, for example:
    – Modification of the parent theme files – please confirm that you have not done this.
    – Changes to the structure using third-party plugins – check if the bug reproduces without using third-party plugins.
    – Outdated version of the theme and plugins (including translation plugins) – please update everything to the latest version (be sure to backup before doing this).

    This problem occurs when you are trying to update the theme or plugin on the different domain that the theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Re-activation as described in the topic will help you.
