I can not update xstore from my wordpress

it Said : An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

The WordPress Admin Login details you provided are not functioning correctly.

Please follow the next steps:

– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

Or do the update manually via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

Hello @Tony Rodriguez. I did all of the steps and , finally, i have update the xstore core plugin, but, its imposible to update the theme. I tried to unregister and register several times, but it doesnt work. Please, i need help. Thanks in advance
