Product Image size problem with thumbnail and single product

Hello i have error in shop product page and in single product page.
With both i have problem with size of image i have 6,000 products with different size images per product i have set up in theme the settings of image width 600, Thumbnail width in 320 and custom 3:4 and the image of products is they are very messy.

I have the same problem in single product image if the image is large, it does not fit to the page.

Please help me i have sent you the wp-admin login

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images To apply settings for images from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images you need to regenerate thumbnails using appropriate plugin.
These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore.
We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the Crop option 1:1.
