We’ve changed some settings to speed up the site, but your cooperation is needed still. Please follow the recommendations from our previous response.
For example, 44 plugins are activated on your site, every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, please check and deactivate unrequired plugins.
As was mentioned you need to optimize particular images and so on.

We noticed that you have added more than 50 widgets to the Shop sidebar area (Appearance > Widgets) and it appears that your server is unable to show them on the Shop page.

etheme_cookies – should be added to Reject Cookies, but we do not see a cache plugin on your site.
Could you contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance from their side?

Or try to disable our Cookie Notice via Theme Options and use a 3rd party plugin for this.

Your plugin makes restyle of their .homerunner_select_shop block by changing its style from display: none => display: block BUT they always keeps .hidden classname for this block. In Storefront Theme such class name is not styled globally that’s why you see that area shown correctly and hidden when it needs to. But most themes (XStore is in the list) globally styles many universal class names such as .hidden, .block, .flex etc.

You should contact to plugin to review their code and fix it from their side because we are sure that they will have similar questions with other themes as well.
For this time you can use the next custom CSS as workaround ->

.homerunner_select_shop.hidden[style*=block] {
display: block !important;
}
