How can I only export the header and footer of an email (custom emailbuilder)

Hi,

There is an option to export the whole template of an email in the custom emailbuilder, but it seems not that it is possible to only export the header and footer. All I just want is to make a uniform header and footer on all the emails without overwriting the intermediate components. Is that possible somehow? I tried editing the export output (removing the components in the middle), but it is quite hard to understand wich part is what.
