    Hi Team,

when I activate the static blocks cache and menu cache in the Speed Optimization, it destroys the look of both the footer and the menu.

Do you have any clue? Thanks in advance!

    Hello, @Andre,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.

If you require any further assistance or have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to help you

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello,

thanks for your reply. I went through your instructions, but it happens all over again. E.g. the menu collapses / shrinks and the footer becomes huge.

    Hello, Andre,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We’ve checked the menu and Footer on your site, and there is no problem right now.

In case you are using a cache plugin, we do not recommend enabling our Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache via Theme Options at all.

Please go to Elementor > Tools > click on “CSS & Daten neu generieren”. Clear cache of your browser and maybe cache of your cache plugin, and then all should be fine.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
