Shop Page not Working after migration on new server

    Hi

    we migrate our website on new server after development. After migration shop page not working. request you to please check the issue.

    Hello, Kapil Saini,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If this is not a fault of a plugin, check how the Shop page works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated, to find our if the problem comes from our theme or from something else.

    Hello, Kapil Saini,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Have you checked how the Shop page works with the Storefront theme activated? We do not see the Storefront theme installed on your site.

    Could you provide FTP access?
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello, Kapil Saini,

    We noticed that you have added more than 50 widgets to the Shop sidebar area (Appearance > Widgets) and it appears that your server is unable to show them on the Shop page.

    To address this issue, we have created a test widget area and relocated some widgets from the Shop sidebar to this new area. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/JbCH_h_H3dj0. As a result, the Shop page is now functioning properly, as can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/K_NOHPUKaSa0.

    For further assistance, we recommend contacting your hosting provider.
