Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
We will try to explain so you can do it by yourself next time:
You need to change Type for Color attribute from “Select” https://prnt.sc/IRnh2le5gfp- to > https://gyazo.com/8a4e109f8e498c672dcbc38baa4324fa , once you select the desired type https://prnt.sc/dl02VYO4C2WU , please go to https://prnt.sc/8fDtLIB1EzPL > edit colors https://prnt.sc/sULoc-bol0C4
Please repeat every step by our screenshot and let us know if it is clear now.
1) How can we change the cart button text?
client want that =>
Voeg toe aan winkelkar’ should be changed to ‘voeg toe aan winkelwagen’
2) Everything is initially in English fore 1 sec before being translated to Dutch. Please can you check again about the multilingual, it’s not working properly? When I switch websites from Dutch to English, it does not translate some of the words into English.
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
1/ “How can we change the cart button text?” – please provide a screenshot of the button and URL of page with it.
“Voeg toe aan winkelkar’ should be changed…”- so you already translated the text from English but can’t find where exactly did it?
2/ You need to contact support team of the multilingual plugin you are using.
We provide support for XStore theme only, and our theme is not the reason for mentioned problem.
We already helped you a few times with translation problems, but it is not our specialization, we hope for your understanding of this matter.
I dont know, but it is creating now the issue in multi lingual.
Its not switching properly.
Its maybe because of the theme update.
Please can you update the theme.
Thank you for your response.
Didn’t you notice that our conversation is a bit strange?
We repeat that the problem on your site is independent of our theme but you continue to ask for help from our side.
We’ve updated the theme for you.
If you really want to solve the problem, you need to contact support of the multilanguage plugin.
Thank you for updating the theme.
for button text please see the screenshot…
‘Voeg toe aan winkelkar’ should be changed to ‘voeg toe aan winkelwagen’ see the pic…
it should be:
Voeg toe aan Winkelwagen -> Add To Shopping Cart instead of Add To Cart
We’ve checked the translation for the theme and XStore Core plugin and there the texts are changed using Loco Translate.
Sorry, but we do not see why texts on buttons are ‘Voeg toe aan winkelkar’ but not ‘voeg toe aan winkelwagen’. We would recommend you contact support for the Multilanguage plugin.
To confirm that this situation is independent of our theme, you can temporarily activate the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check texts then.
The problem can be caused by a 3rd party plugin on your site, server cache, or additional customization in files, please check it by yourself.
Is there a way to transform my whole website into Dutch text?
So when customers visit a website they see it in Dutch.
Then the gTranslate will be used to translate it into the English language.
Let me know how it going to work.
still my website issue is not resloved, please can you look into for me.
“Is there a way to transform my whole website into Dutch text?
So when customers visit a website they see it in Dutch.” – 1/ Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language > select the default site language; 2/ Translate all plugins and the theme using Loco Translate; 3/ Edit content of all pages, Products, widgets, static blocks, and so on; 4/ Edit texts via Theme Options, for example, Header Builder > Search > Placeholder text.
In case, you are using gTranslate plugin, the plugin support should be able to suggest the fastest way to translate the site.
Please note that Our theme is fully translatable, and when we see that you face some problems with translation, we want to note that these problems are independent of our theme, so we are not always able to help you, unfortunately. If you are not satisfied using our theme you can submit a refund request here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
There could be several reasons for your issue, for example:
– Modification of the parent theme files – please confirm that you have not done this.
– Changes to the structure using third-party plugins – check if the bug reproduces without using third-party plugins.
– Outdated version of the theme and plugins (including translation plugins) – please update everything to the latest version (be sure to backup before doing this).

We kindly request you to provide us with FTP access in order to facilitate a more comprehensive investigation into the issue concerning translation on your website.
To establish FTP access, which includes FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance.
Simultaneously, we suggest contacting the support team of the multilanguage plugin installed on your site. It is possible that they may be able to expedite the process and find a solution more swiftly.
