Max Execution Time Marketing Demo import

    Hi
    My hosting company have changed the max execution time to 900 and this is also showing in WooCommerce as 900.
    This shows on the System Requirements page of the XStore Control Panel (sometimes after Check Again) but once I select the import demos and choose my demo content I then get a message that the system requirements is still 60 for max execution time.

    I was trying to import the Marketing demo content.

    Please can you advise?

    We also recommend executing the import on a new WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

    Could you kindly inform us whether you plan to use WPBakery or Elementor? Also, please provide the URL of the demo you wish to import. We are prepared to assist you with the demo import based on your preference.

    Hello Tony

    Many thanks for your speedy response. As you will have noted from my original message the install was on a fresh version of WordPress and I had contacted my hosting company to make the necessary changes for the installation of the Marketing demo content, having previously scanned your solutions given to other purchasers with a similar issue.

    I have checked the settings again this morning and find that the same is showing. I provided the necessary details in the private content area for yourselves to view the issue.

    I would best prefer to use Elementor and am looking to import the demo content called ‘Marketing’ from the several that are available.

    I hope this gives enough information for your assistance to resolve this matter speedily.

    Hello, @Wendy D,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    This demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/marketing/ is available for WPBakery only, there is no Elementor version, unfortunately.
    Could you please select another demo?
