1/ Please describe the problem in more detail. Your request is a bit unclear to us right now, unfortunately. Could you record a video of the problem?

2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by a 3rd party plugin on your site.

3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
