Cart Page doesn’t show return to shop or empty cart notification on emptying

    Hi!
    The cart page shows no data/blank page upon decreasing the quantity of a product to “0” and upon pressing the “Clear Shopping Cart” Button.

    If we press on “Remove” button below the product, the actual page which represents an empty cart is shown.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ If this is not the fault of a plugin, provide us with FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hi! I have provided the FTP access for the staging website, so kindly let me know the solution when you happen to find it so that I can implement that on the main website.

    Thanks. I will let you know here once get a solution for our dev team.
    We’ve found out that the problem relates to latest updates of WooCommerce plugin. You can downgrade the plugin to 7.9 or please wait.
