1) Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > disable crop for the product images. Regenerate thumbnails using Regenerate thumbnails plugin to apply changes.
2) We did not test our theme with the mentioned plugin, so I can’t guarantee 100% compatibility. You may try and tell me if you face any compatibility problems.

Seems you did not try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme because once we disabled WebP Express plugin product variation works ok. So, that plugin conflicts with our theme.

At this moment we did not get any solution from the Ultimate Addons plugin developers, they just asked to submit a ticket https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199/comments?page=221&filter=all#comment_22854153 . We did. And we are waiting for their reply again. I’m not sure why do they ask about ticket because the problem can be reproduced even with the default theme on any WP installation, so they do not need our access. But we can’t speed up the process and should just wait.
Problem is not related to Header builder in any way.
1) You have disabled brands http://prntscr.com/p9rbcp but added brand filter to widget area http://prntscr.com/p9rbxt So, either remove Brands filter or keep Brands enabled.
2) You gave FTP access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/p9r8cu But I think we don’t need it anymore because problem is not related to theme files.
