    buenas tardes
    trate de importar un demo completo pero algunas cosas aparecen y otras no . que debo de hacer para que el demo aparezca igual ?

    tambien trate de agregar otros demos como puedo hacer para que quede uno solo y no se mezclen, osea donde puedo eliminar los demos que no necesito?.

    Provide us with link to your site. We’ll check what exactly is wrong. Our demo content includes products, posts, projects with placeholders, home page, slider, theme options. Also, you can import additional pages like contacts, about us using Theme Options > Import demos http://prntscr.com/p3ny1r and add them to menu.

    Good afternoon I wish to consult the following:
    1. I bought the Xstore templates and installed it later, I decided it matters the demo animals but I see that it did not upload all the information of that demo.
    How could I complete all the information in this demo so that it stays the same.
    Additional by mistake was mixed with another demonstration that by mistake I added, how can I remove this additional demo since the page presents two home.
    What I want is that the template that remains is that of the animals pets as it is in the demonstration to work on this.
    Can the template be dismantled and will be installed again and thus delete the information from the demonstrations?
    2. What compatibility does this template have with the request-aquote Premium plugin (would it work well with all its features?
    3. By the way do I speak Spanish where is the translator you tell me?

    Hello,

    Make sure that you are using latest versions of the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and additional plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
    1) We don’t have the option to reset all the content but you can re-activate the desired demo version via XStore > Import demos and import of additional pages – http://prntscr.com/p6aq2p
    Slider Revolution and Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugins are used for the Animals demo, so activate these plugins before the import.
    Just delete unrequired pages via the Dashboard and edit the main menu depends on your needs via Appearance > Menus.
    Home page you can set via Settings > Reading > http://prntscr.com/p6aqn6
    If you need help with the import, provide us with the temporary wp-admin access.
    2) Provide link to the plugin.
    3) Please use English, because we don’t speak your language, unfortunately.

    Yes, we can but we need the correct link to your Dashboard, username and password to login to account with admin permissions. Link that you provided is redirects to 403 page http://prntscr.com/p76glj

    Thank you very much for the help
    But I wanted to ask you why there are some main images that look so big and cropped and are not equal to the size of the show. How could this size decrease?
    Where can I start editing images and products in this template?
    This template is compatible with this Premium plugins called woocomerce request a Qoute (This is for some products to appear with a quote button and a form can be filled out and also for other products to appear with a buy button), or they could recommend some if this Is it compatible to perform the same function?

    Hello,

    1) Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > disable crop for the product images. Regenerate thumbnails using Regenerate thumbnails plugin to apply changes.

    2) We did not test our theme with the mentioned plugin, so I can’t guarantee 100% compatibility. You may try and tell me if you face any compatibility problems.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, password is incorrect. Check once more and reply back with the right one. Also, provide link to product that you tried to add to category and tell me the category name.
