1) I think you need to contact plugin author for details information because read the item 3) below. We are able to help you with built-in feature and third-party plugins that you use on your site are outside the theme support.
2)To disable Testimonials go to Theme Options > General > http://prntscr.com/pbrlye
3) Sorry but should not you to create the custom taxonomy for your custom post type and choose it in custom post type settings http://prntscr.com/pbrqys ?

Hello,

We’ll be able to help you with the migration from default header to header builder but you need to solve a problem with Customizer mode on your site. Once we go to Appearance > Customize or XStore > Theme Options we get 403 page https://prnt.sc/pbo6fx with the locked request, can’t build the header because of this. Could you, please, contact your hosting support to unlock customizer functionality and ask them why this request is locked? Would be grateful if you provide us their answer. We are interested to avoid this problem with other users in the future and need to study what requests and why are blocked and improve them if possible.

Unfortunately, CDN or server cache are not flushed and still enabled http://prntscr.com/pbnz02 . You can check it by yourself. If you check theme version in backend you’ll see 6.1.1 version. But if you inspect the frontend and check the style.css version you’ll see the out of date version 6.0.2 https://gyazo.com/f45701b49f8b065cf80e3e92d90716d4
So, I would recommend you to contact hosting support or CDN support to get help with cache deleting if you get fails with this.

1) Sorry, but you still did not solve the problem with Customizer and the default theme. We can’t proceed with checking our theme issue if customizer does not work even with the default theme on your site. Seems your hosting provider have some limits for WP options. 2) We are able to connect to your SFTP but could you tell me in what folder your WP installation is located? Because we checked a few of them and did not find.

Newsletter uses the Ajax requests to show the content http://prntscr.com/pb7koj . So, the speed of the request-answer depends on your server if you are talking about open by click of the newsletter popup. Contact your hosting provider to speed up this process theme does not have any settings for this.

You are trying to activate out of date version of the Revolution slider http://prntscr.com/paderp
Remove plugin, go to Appearance > Install plugin > Install Revolution slider again to get the latest version and let me know if you still have any errors after that.

We don’t use these hooks in the quick view. Copy xstore/woocommerce/product-quick-view.php file to child theme. Edit it and move the price code to the necessary position http://prntscr.com/paddoz

I have passed idea to change the position of the elements in quick view to our developers, so we’ll add this in one of the next theme updates.

But looks that problem is related not to our theme but to your WP installation because if we disabled the WooPress core plugin and switched to default WP theme we also get the error while using customizer http://prntscr.com/pacn0t I suppose your WP installation does not load theme while opening customizer, that’s why you get the fatal error when our theme is enabled because core plugin required theme functions while loading customizer, if plugin does not find theme functions (because WP does not load theme) then you get the error.
So, contact your hosting provider to solve the general problem with the default theme and customizer mode and then let me know if you still have a problem with our theme.

2) We have sent you WooPress Import pages to your registration email.
Find Additional pages folder and import files for additional pages http://prntscr.com/pabydl
Go to Tools > Import > WordPress > import pages you need.
3) Don’t see problem with the mobile logo http://prntscr.com/pac08a Could you explain in more details what is wrong? Maybe provide screenshot for better understanding.

1) One of the best cache plugins is WPRocket but it’s paid extention. W3 Total cache (free plugin) also is not bad. You may try.
To test site speed you can use https://tools.pingdom.com/ or https://gtmetrix.com

Did you try to check the home page using another browser and another PC? Maybe you have some extention that blocks that image.
