I can't save the templates in the Bakery

hello,
the “save as template” function does not work.
I noticed that if the “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin is deactivated (not uninstalled, only disabled), then the “save as template” function immediately returns to work.
ok … but there’s a problem: half of the demo takes advantage of the addons of the “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin !! in this way, half of the site was split.
how do i solve?

P.S. I saw that the “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin requires separate purchase of the license … (???)

Could you tell me what page are you trying to save as the template? Maybe that page includes some special elements that may cause the problem.

hello Olga, thanks for support. But… the problem still remain.
I already know that if I try to save the template – as you showed me in the video – that works. But doing as you did, I save the entire page LAYOUT. And I don’t need this ..
I try to explain better.
If I try to save as a template a ROW (I do it every day on other themes ..) .. the “save as template” button doesn’t work. If you disable the plugin, as I explained above, then the button works great (as you can see from the example block you find in the templates).

Also – I don’t know if it’s a related problem: I noticed that the plugin – as I wrote above – “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” requires separate purchase of the license … how come? your site clearly states that the license is included. but if I try to activate it, then the “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
You need to purchase a valid license for the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder. ”
I await your feedback.

Looks that this is some compatibility issue between WPBakery and Ultimate Addons. We have contacted Ultimate Addons plugin author (because we are not plugin developers) and waiting for his reply. We’ll inform you once he sends us any solution to fix this problem.

At this moment we did not get any solution from the Ultimate Addons plugin developers, they just asked to submit a ticket https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199/comments?page=221&filter=all#comment_22854153 . We did. And we are waiting for their reply again. I’m not sure why do they ask about ticket because the problem can be reproduced even with the default theme on any WP installation, so they do not need our access. But we can’t speed up the process and should just wait.

Hello,

Plugin support told us that problem is caused by the 6.x version of the WPBakery http://prntscr.com/pbv16z
Either wait for the next plugin update or we can send you WPBakery 5.7 to downgrade plugin and make the option work. What do you prefer?
