Instagram slider error: "Instagram has returned invalid data"

Hello,

recently the Instagram slider stop working, appearing in the place of the images the error message:

Instagram returned invalid data

I tried with other account and it remains the same, so I excluded the account error possibility.

Hello,

Instagram has changed functionality, unfortunately.
It requires a lot of changes in the existing Instagram element/widget, so the fix will take some time.
Meanwhile, you may try a third-party plugin to add Instagram feeds https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/

Hello again!

I updated the Theme and Core plugin for the last version and Instagram feed still not working.
I saw on the update log that the problem should be solved, but actually it is still not working.
I made the new account login on the bar, got my token and all configured, but this error still appearing:

Instagram did not return a 200

Is there a solution?

Hi Rose,
thanks for your attention.

The point is to have the account posts not depending on the hashtag. If I don’t use any hashtag it works now 🙂

But ttill a little problem: on mobile phone it shows 6 instead of 2 posts, as I defined. On the PC, If I reduce the window it responds very well, but on the phone (I tried with two different browsers).

You are using grid layout for the Instagram and mobile slider settings have no effect for your mobile layout (3 per row http://prntscr.com/p9wy9o ) If you want to apply slider settings for the mobile enable slider in element settings http://prntscr.com/p9wzl1
