Issue with image on variation - by kpatrick93

Hi

Up until yesterday, I could go to any product and select the 3 different options i.e. size, who I want to feed and colour and according to the colour I would choose, the main image would change however I tried it this morning and it’s not working, on both desktop and mobile. Can you please help and tell me why this is?

Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots. On first sight, variations work fine – http://prntscr.com/p9dd47
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.

Hi Rose

So yesterday, I would be able to select the variations and see the right image as so: https://prnt.sc/p9dlfj (the navy colour is selected so I am seeing the navy product).

Then if I selected the black colour variation the image would automatically change to the black image but that is not happening now: https://prnt.sc/p9dly2

Any idea’s why?

Hello,

Thanks for screenshots.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.

What’s strange is that when you hover over the image it’s the correct image in reference to the color variation.

Hello,

Have you tried to disable additional plugins?
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Seems you did not try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme because once we disabled WebP Express plugin product variation works ok. So, that plugin conflicts with our theme.
