2) I suppose that you lost your header and theme options because you restored DataBase that did not have correct theme settings or your hosting provider did not restore get_theme_mod. In this case you need to go to Theme Options > Header builder > create correct header and save it. Do the backup of your settings in Theme Options > Import/Export > export settings and use it once you need.

3) What do you want to display there: tags, product categorie? Do you want to show that bar for all the pages or for the shop page only?
4) Nope, we don’t have such option. Look for a third-party plugin that will allow you to add custom badges.

1) Product SKU is the WooCommerce plugin option. Our theme does not have special settings to hide SKU if the parent SKU is not added. So, contact WooCommerce support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Theme version on our site does not include the mentioned fix. We’ll include it in the next theme version. So, to fix the issue on the production site copy royal theme and royal core plugin from staging to production.
We removed Royal from ThemeForest because we started to sell it by subscription on our site. We don’t plan to stop updates for the Royal theme.

If issue is caused by “All 404 Redirect to Homepage” plugin why do you contact us? We are not developers of this plugin. We are theme developers and are not responsible for changes that were made on your site by the third-party plugin that you installed.
I see that you restored pages and posts but made a reset of the site header. So, go to Theme Options > create the header you need again.
2) Could you, please, tell me what content of the HTML block do you want to change? Provide example and I’ll try to change it because at this moment I don’t see the issue.

Hello,
We did not get reports about this issue before and can’t reproduce the problem on our test installations. So, looking at why the issue appears on your site.
We checked the issue in more detail and found that it’s caused by compatibility between W3 Total cache and WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination. Actually between Lazy Load Images option of the cache plugin and WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. You can enable the default WP theme and check by yourself. We are not the plugins developers, so we can’t fix that. We reported WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin about this https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination/10192075/comments?page=19&filter=all#comment_26624410 but I don’t have information when they fix this.
Anyway, once I enable the Lazy loading option in theme settings https://prnt.sc/12srkxy product images are ok, so keep this option enabled. Check the shop page now.
