Header not working properly (among other things)

Dear 8theme,

So far I have discovered many settings that simply don’t work or are broken. I’ve deactivated all plugins, except those that come with Xstore. I’ve also tried it on Chrome and Firefox.

Header does not save
Header ‘contacts’ cannot be edited
Header cannot add new social information
Header cannot remove social buttons (it does not update while I update settings.
When I enter customizer the screen sometimes stays blank (I have to refresh multiple times to get it to work again).
I’ve imported a demo (baby-store) as a child theme, and it was completely broken with all kinds of shortcode lingo on pages.
I’ve done a WP-reset to try and fix the issue, but I eventually had to reinstall WordPress.
The list goes on…

Can figure out what’s wrong?

As I can see, your site is empty now. Do you mean this demo version https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/baby-shop/ ? Provide correct access, we will import the demo for you and will check mentioned errors.

Don’t know what happened there. I’ve edited the login details. Yes I meant that demo.

Hello,

I’ve imported the demo version to your site without any problem.
Changes in the header content are not visible on the frontend now. Do you use CDN or server cache?
Provide temporary FTP access, I will pass the header issue to our developers.

Why would you need FTP access? What couldbe wrong?
