hello. i have a problem about infinite scroll for products. i read all on support. i did all your command. infinite scroll is working but product photos are not visible after loading. https://najpiekniejszy.pl/product-category/kolekcja/koszule-i-bluzki/ the first 12 products are visible. after loading other product photos are not visible.

At the first request, we always ask whether the user has set the right settings because, in our experience, 80% of customers simply do not use the correct selectors to configure the Infinite scroll. Unfortunately, we can’t fix the problem if it’s not a setting, without admin and FTP, so we are waiting for wp-admin and FTP access from you.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Then our developers will check the problem more deeply and help you.

Hello,

We checked the issue in more detail and found that it’s caused by compatibility between W3 Total cache and WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination. Actually between Lazy Load Images option of the cache plugin and WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. You can enable the default WP theme and check by yourself. We are not the plugins developers, so we can’t fix that. We reported WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin about this https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination/10192075/comments?page=19&filter=all#comment_26624410 but I don’t have information when they fix this.

Anyway, once I enable the Lazy loading option in theme settings https://prnt.sc/12srkxy product images are ok, so keep this option enabled. Check the shop page now.
