    Hi,

I have a problem that was already submitted several times here on the forum. My site is losing formatting, I think mostly when we make any tiny change, add a product I am not sure what else. I need to clear the cache all the time.

I didn’t disappear after the recent theme update. I am providing admin and ftp login details.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay. Our developers had a day off. Your site styles look ok at this moment. Could you, please, reply back once you get broken styles again and don’t clear any caches to allow us to study the issue?

    Regards

I have seen this issue reported before. And I don’t feel comfortable leaving my site broken for I don’t know how long as I lose profit. If I don’t clear cache it looks like on the screenshots. Site is breaking like every 2 hours

BTW – how long would it take you to take care of the issue if I submit it?

    Hello,

Our developers are trying to find the reason. It happens for users who use cache but not for all users, just for some of them. The cached styles do not include theme style.css and we can’t find the reason why. So, we need more time, unfortunately.

    Hello,

I’m afraid that only disabling of the cache plugin or server cache if you use it.

    Hi,

It looks like it is gone for now. Can I ask what improvements you’ve made? Should I know anything like – update/do not update plugins/theme?

    Hello,

We found that issue was related to the calling of the child theme styles. We made changes in xstore/framework/theme-functions.php. We’ll include the fix in the next theme update.

    Regards
