    Hello,

I don’t see any page or post on your site https://prnt.sc/10h95f0
And it’s not related to theme because theme does not delete posts/pages, it could be done either manually from Dashboard or deleting from DataBase.
We can do nothing if you deleted pages/posts.

Please check again! My site is down! it is giving 404 error because of the All 404 Redirect to Homepage plugin. The reason for the error is because of the plugin All 404 Redirect to Homepage and hence you might need to check with the plugin provider or developer for the issue .However, for disk space could see that old files has been kept .

All 404 Redirect to Homepage has detected that the target URL is invalid, this will cause an infinite loop redirection, please go to the plugin settings and correct the traget link!”

    Please contact administrator

    Hello

We already told you that we do not see any page or post in your Dashboard, if you are facing this issue with any 3rd party plugin kindly deactivate that plugin or check your website with only default plugin which is provided with the theme package. Or contact with plugin support forum which create a conflict.

I contacted my site hosting company and they told me: This is the plugin name All 404 Redirect to Homepage . If we disable the plugin your website is now giving https://www.(site name).com/ 404 error. We have already disabled the plugin but the issue is the plugin itself as main functionality of the website depends on that plugin and hence you need to contact theme developer or plugin provider for the issue. PLEASE HELP MY SITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 5 DAYS!!!

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

If issue is caused by “All 404 Redirect to Homepage” plugin why do you contact us? We are not developers of this plugin. We are theme developers and are not responsible for changes that were made on your site by the third-party plugin that you installed.

I see that you restored pages and posts but made a reset of the site header. So, go to Theme Options > create the header you need again.

My site has been restored but my site url is automatically redirecting home page to blog pages although the url remains the same (actual site name). Also after restoration my menu bar is all messed up, not showing my logo and correct menu pages etc. It show xstore logo and menu is all messed up! I’m being told this a theme issue.

    Hello,

    1) I don’t see any redirect to blog page one visiting the home page https://gyazo.com/4793cf55a37840abd37e0bcdb7c652da
    2) I suppose that you lost your header and theme options because you restored DataBase that did not have correct theme settings or your hosting provider did not restore get_theme_mod. In this case you need to go to Theme Options > Header builder > create correct header and save it. Do the backup of your settings in Theme Options > Import/Export > export settings and use it once you need.

It seems my developer got it up and running correctly. Please tell me how to avoid this issue in the future? I have VPS and my hosting coming says they don’t keep backups of my site nor data, and that Im responsible for that myself. What are your suggestions to back up and restore for future crashes??

    Hello,

There are a lot of plugins to make site backups https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/7-best-wordpress-backup-plugins-compared-pros-and-cons/ . Ask your developer to check and choose the one that suits your needs.
