Hello. How are you? I have problems with the payment section of my site. It is not stable. Sometimes I can proceed to the payment section and at times it just gives an error.
The problem also happens with some products. Could you please tell me what could be happening?

I see the fatal error of the third-party plugin https://prnt.sc/12mkaim So, contact plugin author.

Hello. How are you? I keep getting the pluggin error. The solution they gave me is to install an older version of the plugin, but it still doesn’t work. Is there the possibility of being able to delete the pluggin and all its saved content to be able to install again from the beginning? When I remove the plugin and reinstall it, the data continues and I want to start the process from the beginning. Or could the whole theme be reinstalled but with the information and changes saved except for that plugin?
