Product slider – can’t select products

Hello. I’m using product slider on the home page but I can’t select single products. it allows me to select prodcut categories and tags but I cannot select the single products.
Issue on the home page.
Can you fix it?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.

We did not get reports about this issue before and can’t reproduce the problem on our test installations. So, looking at why the issue appears on your site.

As I already told you in post #286636, I’m trying insert single products to display into the slider but it doesn’t work. It works for product cateogries. I’ve already tried to disable everything but it still doesn’t work.
