Point is that issue is related to Massive addons update and changes that they made. We have contacted them https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=117&filter=all#comment_26860161 but get no answer. We tried to fix it using custom styles but it does not help a lot because requires changes from the plugin author site. So, unfortunately, we can do nothing with this.

We don’t have issues with the header styles with the latest version of the theme. But if you copied the header.php file to the child theme you will need to update it and add the changes that were made in the parent theme.

We did not test our theme with these plugins, so don’t have information about compatibility issues.
I don’t think that you may have compatibility issues with that swatches plugin but if you decide to use that then disable our swatches option in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Variation swatches.
Any additional plugin that works with the frontend would slow down your site a little because it calls additional styles and scripts.
Do you have this option build in inside your theme Cross / Blur / Hide Out of Stock Product
You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > hide out of stock products from catalog. Then you’ll get blurred out of stock variation. But it works only if you have not too many variations (up to 10-12). In another case, you will get a simple Out of stock notice.

I had a deal with your issue and I was out of the office this weekend. The person who answered to other clients was not familiar with your issue and does not have enough skills to help you. But you should know that we never left our customers in trouble and always try to help even if some delay happened.
So, she just can’t give you the answer to all your questions. But it’s not the reason to spam other clients.
We don’t recommend updating the production site to major versions of WP, WooCommerce or theme without updating the staging site first. So, once you launch your site, and will get notification about the major updates (like WP 5.9, 5.10 etc) then create staging site (full copy of the production) and update it there first, check if everything is ok then only after that update production site.

The only one reason of the mobile menu issue could be browser cache. Because if everything works fine for you on the staging (that is the full copy of the production) and does not work on the production then only cached versions of the styles, scripts could give you this glitch.
