    https://www.decoshop.online/

We are trying to achieve those 3 images right below the header -> https://prnt.sc/181ptl2

Apparently, in the responsive version that’s showing as a slider, how can I achieve that? Is there a widget inside the store plugin or Elementor that I can find so I can add it as well? I tried with various sliders and carousel images but none of them had the same outcome as their website.

Any help or indications will be highly appreciate it!

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear to me. Please describe the desired result in more detail. Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

So they have these 4 banners -> http://prntscr.com/18b1sst
If you will enter from a responsive version you will be able to see that it turns into a slider/carousel basically
I’m trying to figure out what should I use, what option/widget in order to get the same result?
And let me know where can I send you the wp-admin access so you can take a look

    Hello,

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
Do you mean you want to have 4 banners in 2 rows on mobile or what?

No, not 2 rows, their responsive version of those 4 banners is working as a slider -> http://prntscr.com/18hbugs

decoshop.online was created using WPBakery, but your it******mic.ro uses Elementor, different page builders with different elements.
Try to use Product Categories element, select Display type – Slider, upload images for your categories – https://gyazo.com/da1bfd52f0faff968c17c51ffdf8318a

The 4 images they are using aren’t working as product categories, or are they? Because if I’m doing it like that all the categories will be displayed as a slider in the desktop version as well, they only have 4 images part of the categories but not all of them, are those just 4 banners? Because as I mentioned earlier, the slider is only enabled in the responsive version

    Hello,

Images from your screenshot are banners elements placed in the Custom Carousel element of the WPBakery page builder. Elementor page builder does not have a carousel element that allows adding banners inside. So, there is no option to create slider of the banners like it was made for the WPBakery demo.

For the Elementor page you can use only the Product categories element to show the product categories like slider for the mobile and choose the categories you want to show there in the element Data settings. Or look for an additional Elementor addon that allows creating custom sliders.

Ok thank you, got it now.

I have a few more questions tho.

I’m trying to add new attributes to the left filter in the shop page https://prnt.sc/18rt6yc
Exactly like them, I have created the attributes but I don’t know where should I add them in order to show them in the left slider under the filter price?

And I have a question about the color for these https://prnt.sc/18rtlpr | how can I change it?

    Hello,

    You are welcome.
    1) Go to Appearance > Widgets > add the Filter by attributes widgets to the shop sidebar. Make sure that you added these attributes for your products in the attributes area https://prnt.sc/190g8rv

    2) Edit custom code for that section https://prnt.sc/190hioi

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with link to the page where you have that section. We need to understand what elements and settings you use to help you.

    2) Sorry, don’t understand what file do you want to import. If you need to translate theme and XStore core plugin follow the documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation

    Hello,

Change line height but add the padding-bottom 150px in the breadcrumbs settings.

Hello, I’m facing some issues with the filter. So the problem happens when there’s just a few variants to choose, for example if you will take a look at PRODUCATORI and RECTIFICATA you will notice that when you click on it to choose something from that list, the first variant is automatically clicked without being able to choose something, in order to see the whole list you need to hold the click and that’s not really fine, for example, if you take a look at the CULOARE everything works fine, why is that I have tried a lot of methods but nothing is working unfortunately..

Also, I have a question regarding this one -> https://prnt.sc/1dyyso4 how could I be able to reduce the size of the whole block without affecting these images -> https://prnt.sc/1dyz2x4 ?

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the filters
    Sidebar Widgets With Scrollable Content
    2) You can manage breadcrumbs padding in Theme Options > Breadcrumbs. If you decrease padding then the image will be https://prnt.sc/1ebo4kx
