Built-in Email edited changes not reflecting in the emails sent

    Hi there,

    I have edited the email templates using your built-in editor but the received and sent emails are not reflecting those changes, for an example: when a Customer places a new order, they don’t receive the template that I have customized.

    Hello,

    1) Don’t you get any email? Or you get email but it does not look the same way as you customized?
    2) If you don’t get emails at all then read this documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4 and follow the instructions.

    Edit the templates and choose the types of email for them https://prnt.sc/15p1yfk

    It works for the new order though so far but this email comes only to Admin

    Hello,

    Provide us with FTP access to your site, please. We need to take a closer look at the issue. Do you overwrite any email templates in the child theme? If yes, then remove them and check emails after that.

    I see that you overwrite email templates in the child theme. Remove them and check emails after that.

    Hello,

    You did not create for the Customer invoice / Order details (pending) template, you had just Customer invoice / Order details (paid). Once I created the Order details (pending) template https://prnt.sc/15t3u08 I get a customized email https://prnt.sc/15t41lh

    Hi,

    I actually had completed for the paid and pending both and also for the completed order, now the place order email comes and also the store receives the same with that template. still the order completed one is not working though. What could be the reason?

    Hi,

    Yeah same here, for the completing order it doesn’t send anything at all, plus also I noticed that the Performa Invoice and the Commercial Invoice are not sent with those titles either.

    So pretty much the same invoice is going.

    Where can I edit the PDF invoice template visually?

    Hello,

    1) Point is that your site does not send emails even with the default theme enabled. Try to install one of the dedicated SMTP providers https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7 and check emails after that.

    2) All the available settings you can find here https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/articles/200722636-General-Settings

    Hi,

    For now all the other types of emails are going but only the Order Completed is not, so may be there is some other issue, don’t you think?

    If the problem is independent of the theme, contact the support of WooCommerce. Because we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.

    Hi,

    Actually, the issue is with the theme, Unable to assign the email template from your options, Please guide through on how to edit a template for each email sent and assign it that email (for an example: Completed Order Email, New Order Email which are going to the Customer).

    Nope, if your site does not send emails even with the default WP theme we can do nothing.
    So, did you try to install one of the dedicated SMTP providers https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7 and check emails after that?

    Hi,

    I have tested this again and again, When I turned off your Built-in Email Builder option, I receive the emails which are coming from the Store. So this has something to do with this feature. Please have a look and let me know of a fix.

    Did you try SMTP plugin? Provide us with the screenshot of the complete order email for example that you get from your site with the default theme, please.

    Hi,

    Yes, I tired the SMTP plugin but I find it unnecessary to setup with all that many things when the default one is working.

    Please find the screenshots of the default emails received for a test order.

    Hello,

    This is the Invoice email https://prnt.sc/1posdqo , not the complete order email.

    I get this email even if the Email builder is enabled https://prnt.sc/1pordap
    So, what’s the problem with this type of email from your side?
    Because I’m confused.
