You need to update XStore Core plugin too – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Clear all cache after that. If the problem won’t be solved. Provide FTP access, we will check the problem more deeply.
My previous version was 7.2.10. I have restored my previous version 7.2.10.
It fixed the layout issue but the old issue of all departments not showing up. Please have a look.
XStore Core is 3.2.11 version on your site, so you need to use 7.2.11 version of the theme.

Please update the theme, clear all cache. If any error persists, provide temporary FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Issue was caused by the cache. I cleared the plugin cache and styles are ok after that.
