    It is caused by new themes updates due to compatibility of new Woocommerce plugin.
    Please update the plugin to the latest version and check your products after that.

    Hello,

    We’re sorry for a long delay.
    It’s caused by new theme updates due to compatibility of new Woocommerce plugin version.
    There is also a new release of Visual Composer plugin. Please update it https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ as well as other plugins and the theme.
    Before update don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database. Also remove woocommerce folder in wp-content/themes/royal directory before theme update.

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by Smooth Scroll option in Ultimate VC Addons settings.
    Go to Brainstorm section in wp-admin panel > Modules > Advanced Settings tab > disable “Smooth Scroll”.

    Hello,

    Register page was configured by our developers but you can also enable registration form on “My account” page in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts tab. If you uncheck “Automatically generate username from customer email” in those settings you’ll also get “Username” field on registration form as it won’t be created from an email address that a customer uses.

    “Special” products are shown with the widget “8theme Special Offers” which you can add to Product Page Sidebar. The products which you mark as special will be displayed in the sidebar with the help of that widget.

    Sorry, but for correct work of Ultimate VC Addons plugins memory_limit value should be increased.
