I have a problem in changing the contents of the short description in “change product”.
When I save after editing I always find the description old, do not make the change.

Please update all required plugins to the latest version to avoid any conflicts and check the page after that.

I updated the plugin as you have said, but the problem persists. When I change the “short description of the product” and unless, there is always the old description. I can not change it. I tried with the product “sedie e poltrone 1”.

I saw that in a new product changing the quick work correctly. I decided to try to re-enter all six products that I had entered before, hoping not having that problem.

But now I have discovered another problem with a plugin. I get this error when I try to translate the page with WPML.

If off wordpress seo by Yoast no problem . Maybe I have to write on the help forum WPML ?

Hello Eva, sorry but I continue to have serious problems. Now when I insert a product variation I did not save.

I put all the correct data, price, weight, product code.

Are 44 variations for the product. For the first 40 I had no problems, then with the last 4 not save.

Or save a change and removes another. I am very concerned about these issues, whereas a client is breathing down my neck.

How can I have my wordpress functioning properly?

I’ve never had this kind of problem with wordpress, is really very strange.
I’m almost convinced that all the problems I have had up to now, are caused by the WPML plugin.

Hello,

Did you check this issue with default WordPress theme?
Please do this. Also try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check the products editor after that.

I reinstalled wordpress without plugin WPML and everything seems to work properly.

wait! still problems with product variations. but there is a limit of variations that someone can enter?

Because up to 40 all ok, over 40 does not save more.

Initially I thought that the various problems were to blame for WPML.

But now that I did a fresh install of wordpress without WPML I have the same problems.

Then the problems were not caused by WPML. I did some testing with the default theme and I also tried to disable third-party plugins, nothing has changed.

1 – I always have the problem with variable products, are not saved. After updating the product I find the newly added variables without the code added by me, no product image variable, and with the attributes set to the default value.

2 – I still can not change the short description.

These problems are very serious for me. I hope in you, because I really do not know how I can fix myself.

The same problem persists with default WordPress theme too. So we recommend you to contact Woocommerce support as this is not the theme issue.
