Hello,

the site stopped being responsive. The relevant checkbox at theme options is set.

Is there any quick fix for this?

Hello.

You are using an outdated theme version. Please backup your site and download update frome Themeforest.net and update all necessary plugins from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.How to update the you may read here.

Responsive design works fine with parent theme.
Please create child theme as described in the article:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Hello,

there is just a nearly empty style.css. I removed everything that is not necessary => The child theme isn’t responsive. Please log in to see yourself.

Please check with your host provider if there are any restrictions for users to login to ftp because it appears not only from my computer.

my provider recommended using SFTP / port 5544. Does that work on your end?

Hello,

You wrote information about royal theme in style.css file of the child theme, but you’re using Legenda theme and not Royal theme. I’ve recreated style.css and edited functions.php file.
Please check your site now.
