    We’ve checked from desktop and from mobile, the problem is not visible for us.
    If you can see the problem still, please do the test we asked you to do at the start: go to Appearance > Themes > install Storefront theme and check images with this theme activated.
    Let us know the result.

    1/ Please provide the URL of the product with the problem.

    2/ Please provide a video example of the problem that we should be able to see on your site.
    Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    3/ Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into Shop sidebar content.

    4/ There is no known compatibility problem. We would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin and provide them with exact examples of where exactly and what exactly can’t be configured.

    5/ We don’t see a need in theme re-installation.
    In any case, do a full backup before reinstallation to be able to restore all if something goes wrong. Your hosting provider should be able to help with the backup.

    Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it, because we can’t log in – https://prnt.sc/udHPjzm1G20x Please provide the correct credentials.
    The same problem with FTP access.

    Do you mean when Litespeed Cache is disabled the problem is solved? In this case, you need to contact support of the plugin, or do tests of different combinations in settings.

    XStore doesn’t affect images in the WordPress Media Library. Please check how it works when not our theme is activated but Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). In case the problem persists independently of the activated theme, contact support of the plugin that causes the problem. If it is not a plugin fault too, contact your hosting provider to check this from their side.
    Our latest update did not contain changes that may cause the problem, so we strongly recommend you to test the problem with other theme activated on the site.

    The normal way to update bundled plugins is described in our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ (XStore > Plugin Installer > hover over the plugin and click on Update).

    About the plugin version, we have purchased an Extended License for FileBird plugin, so it can be used by our customers.
    Do you mean you find something that is missing in the current plugin version but should be in Pro?

    Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
