Despite deactivating all plugins, the problem persists. It’s worth noting that the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, provided by our hosting platform, is essential for the website’s performance, according to the hosting platform. We suspect it might be causing the media display problem.

Note: Don’t Uninstall the Litespeed Cache Plugins if you want just disable settings related to Optimisations.
Always check the changes in Incognito because its a problem due to the cache..

The same problem with FTP access.
Do you mean when Litespeed Cache is disabled the problem is solved? In this case, you need to contact support of the plugin, or do tests of different combinations in settings.
XStore doesn’t affect images in the WordPress Media Library. Please check how it works when not our theme is activated but Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). In case the problem persists independently of the activated theme, contact support of the plugin that causes the problem. If it is not a plugin fault too, contact your hosting provider to check this from their side.
Our latest update did not contain changes that may cause the problem, so we strongly recommend you to test the problem with other theme activated on the site.

There is a problem image shows blank on some products and on some products it is good, Even on pages. Try to check the website in the Incognito window you will see blank images on the website.
Try to check the Website on Windows Chrome Browser in Incognito Window or Mobile.
Please Solve these issue!
We’ve checked from desktop and from mobile, the problem is not visible for us.
If you can see the problem still, please do the test we asked you to do at the start: go to Appearance > Themes > install Storefront theme and check images with this theme activated.

I have Implemented Storefront theme still the blank media images problem at website backend as well as front end pages and product pages and loading from different devices. I don’t know what’s causing these issue. Sometimes some images of display good but some images display blank why these problem.
Several time I have cleared Browser Cache still the problem exits.
Please look after these issue.
Is there any other way to communicate so that I can share live screen recorded video to you.

If you want to solve your problem, contact the support of your hosting provider and WordPress.
