    Hello, Salmi,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties in displaying the banner on your homepage in full width when viewed on mobile devices.

Page settings > Page layout > select Elementor Full-width https://prnt.sc/dbRMaGR5Eka0
Then edit the settings of containers and remove default paddings – https://prnt.sc/ZVUwy2FjxDr0 (locally) or globally – https://prnt.sc/_qvcspH_t0Dg (Site settings > Layout).

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hello, that helped, thank you. Now I have a small problem with the display of the bestsellers in mobile view, these are displayed too high as you can see in screen, have already tried to optimize with the values but unfortunately without success. The bestseller slider is on the home page. Thank you

    Hello, @salmi,

Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that the Bestsellers section is displaying as intended within the Elementor editor when viewed on a mobile device. However, we have identified an issue with the front-end presentation of this section. https://imgur.com/QP792F4 and https://postimg.cc/v4LxYNj2

1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins, Optimizing plugins, and Temporarily disabling the CDN) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2/ We would like to remind you to verify that your website is currently utilizing the most recent versions of XStore. Please ensure that you have updated to the latest version of the XStore theme, which is version 9.2.3, and the XStore Core plugin, which is version 5.2.3.

For your convenience, you can review the update history and access the latest versions at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
    https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

3/ We suggest switching to the XStore Parent theme if you are currently using the XStore Child Theme on your site (Appearance > Themes). After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme. Let us know the result.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
