On the checkout page the coupon notice is displayed below everything.

Could you please check how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated? Provide a screenshot.

Provide FTP access, so we can check the situation in more detail.

Hello,

When I switch to storefront my cart doesnt even display, I’m assuming it’s because I created my cart page with the custom option from the new update inside Xstore Builder.

I checked the regular checkout process and when I place an order the entire thank you order table also displays again below the footer.

https://prnt.sc/V_5FzllIDWD2 – your checkout popup creates the issue with the coupon,
once we remove the content of popup – no coupon are shown at the botton of the page -> https://prnt.sc/bzckU4nDg__u
by default we output the coupon above the form but on your web-site you have it hidden by Yellow Pencil plugin custom CSS -> https://prnt.sc/ZAsnegSh8Tfn
We removed that custom CSS -> https://prnt.sc/B_0c1hdMjiqr and now you have the coupon shown above all forms -> https://prnt.sc/wB9tRF9WuJ77
