We try a few Times but
I m sorry the template will be not installed in our webspace.

Could you please record a video of the problem? Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
