Since you want to have smth extra we recommend you try to contact any other Email Builder plugin developers to ask if their plugin could cover all your questions or try to use the default Email design that comes from WooCommerce and customize it according to your needs.

Please provide the URL page with this error, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

We use WP Rocket on our demos, so XStore is compatible with it, but it doesn’t mean that all options of the plugin can be enabled at once, because conflicts are possible depending of settings in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and plugins (and their options) that you are using on the site.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

2/ Try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.0.
